PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Once you pay for your item the money will come out of your account within 1 working day (excluding weekends)
Refunds are processed with 3-5 working days of receiving the item and will be for broken or faulty products only. Products returned are by the customer’s expense.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed on receipt of the returned item. The item will be inspected if eligible. Credit will be issued for the purchase price only. Please allow up 14 working day for your credit to be processed. Non refundable items are items with imperfection or items on sale.
Credit refunds will only be credited to the credit card or account used on the original order. It will take up to 14 days from the date Decordelite has received your return for your account to be credited.
Shipping takes between 2 to 3 weeks.
We ship to the UK only.
You will receive your tracking number once we have processed your order and send it out for delivery (usually within 3-5 working days) of item purchased.
